We were requested to create a new website for CTX, reframing their brand to focus on the USP of being the first digital voluntary carbon market (VCM) exchange, focusing on the aviation sector. As part of this, reframing the user experience was essential to improve the customer journey, increase exchange membership and improve copy and content.
